1/2cCrabmeat
1cLobster meat
1/2lbShrimp;cooked
1cWhite fish;cooked and flaked
2 Tomatoes
1 Cucumber;chopped fine
6 Ripe olives;sliced
1/4cPlain low-fat yogurt
1/2tsCelery seed
1/2tsSalt substitute
1/2tsCheckered Tablecloth
  Italian Blend

Combine seafood with tomatoes, cucumber, and olives. Combine remaining ingredients for dressing and toss together. Serve in lettuce cups and garnish with pimento or parsley. Per Serving: 171 calories;3.6 g fat;318 mg sodium;128 mg cholesterol
